The first phase of work on this waterfront property was to enhance the main house with finishes and detailing suitable to its location within a colony of distinctive Shingle Style residences.  A later phase of work involved transforming a utilitarian garage into a handsome carriage house and studio that maximizes opportunities provided by its dramatic siting at the water’s edge.
