A new owner’s goals for this oceanfront, Victorian “cottage” included reorganizing the plan of the house to improve the flow of spaces and increase views out to the ocean, as well as to create a front entrance that the house never had.  At the same time, the original exterior detailing was restored and the period character of the exterior was enhanced with architecturally appropriate new dormers and porches.
